Hey! Its Monday! and guess what?? haha. we had our Economics (ECO 415) quiz today. Its about unemployment. How to calculate unemployment rate and types of unemployment that we have.
Well, unemployment refers to the number of people who can work but are not working, or not having suitable jobs and are looking for another jobs. There are 6 types of unemployment such as residual unemployment, frictional unemployment, structural unemployment, cyclical unemployment, hidden unemployment and seasonal unemployment.
Hmm, then we had our Information Technology in Business (MGT 417) class from 10.20a.m. we learned about Information System that Support Organization. We learned about transaction processing system,functional area information system and activities supported by functional area information system. Other that that, we also learned about report.

- A detailed report is another type of routine report. Detailed reports provide high levels of detailed data, often in support of summary reports.
- Drill-down report is a type of ad-hoc report. It allows users to click on an item in a report and be able to access underlying details about that item.
- Key-indicator report is a type of ad-hoc report. It summarizes the performance of critical activities.
- Exception reports include only information that falls outside certain threshold standards.
Then, we also learned about CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
- Customer relationship management (CRM) is an enterprise wide effort to acquire and retain customers.
- Includes a one-to-one relationship between a customer and a seller.
- One simple idea “Treat different customers differently.”
- Helps keep profitable customers and maximizes lifetime revenue from them.
Well, after MGT 417 class, we had our Financial Accounting (ACC418) class and we had our TEST 1. I don't know if i did the right thing :/ im just so sad with accounting.
I dont know what will happen during exam. huhu.. I'm so sleepy now, i better get some sleep to cure me from my sadness of accounting just now. huhu. This week i'm gonna be very busy with assignments, quiz, tests and stuff. i Hope i can make it through. Well, goodnight people! sweetdream!
