we had given a quiz on principles and practice of
management that covers chapter 2 and 3 which are evolution of management thought ( chapter 2 ) and
planning ( chapter 3). After we've done with the quiz, our lecturer had
given us some explanation on chapter 4 which is about decision making. Well, i believe that
all of us had the moment where we should make decisions in our lives. From what I've learned, our decision can be
influenced by our rationality and our behaviour.
Other than that, there
are 7 steps in making a decision which are
1. identifying opportunities and
diagnosing problem,
2. identifying objectives,
3. generating alternatives,
4.
evaluating alternatives,
5. reaching decision,
6. choosing implementation
strategies, and
7. monitoring and evaluating.
All of the steps play
important role in helping a person to make their decision.
