LAW :)

hey hey happy Tuesday!! todai i had one class which is Business Law (LAW 416) :)..

WRITTEN LAW IN MALAYSIA CONSISTS OF :
  • The federal constitution
  • The state constitution
  • Legislation
  • Subsidiary legislation
The Federal Constitution is the supreme law of the land. it consist of laws enacted by parliament at the federal level. State constitution is the law enacted by the State Legislative Assembly (SLA) in the state level. This law is applied in the state.

UNWRITTEN LAW CONSISTS OF :

  • English Law
  • Judicial Precedents 
  • Customs 
SYARIAH LAW CONSISTS OF :

PRIMARY SOURCES :  al-Quran and al-Sunnah
SECONDARY SOURCES : Ijma', qiyas and ijtihad
